Liability Waiver

1. Rush County Homeschoolers and its founder are NOT responsible for you, your spouse, your child(ren), or any of your personal belongings.

2. You are fully responsible for yourself and your child(ren) when attending any meeting, event, or get-together of any kind.

3. Your spouse is also responsible for themselves if they choose to participate in any meetings, events, or gatherings.

4. You agree to not hold Rush County Homeschoolers or its founder liable for any bodily injury that may occur to:

   • You

   • Your spouse

   • Your child(ren)

   • Your belongings

5. You agree to not hold Rush County Homeschoolers or its founder responsible for:

   • Any lost items

   • Any stolen items

   • Any damaged items

6. Rush County Homeschoolers may also be referred to as RC Homeschoolers or RCH—all names refer to the same organization.

7. The founder of Rush County Homeschoolers is Brandy Hendrix.

8. Additional guidelines may be added at any time, with or without prior notice.

9. It is your responsibility to stay informed. The best ways to do this are:

   • By checking your member section at www.rchomeschoolers.com

   • By participating in regular meetings

10. This document must be signed each year in order to maintain membership and participate in any events or gatherings.

11. If these terms are violated in any way, you and your family will be:

    • Immediately removed from the group

    • No longer considered members

    • Not allowed to participate in any Rush County Homeschoolers events, meetings, or get-togethers of any kind​.
